Flixpayz is a digital rewards platform where users can earn FlixPoints by watching advertisements, completing surveys, and participating in offerwall activities provided by trusted third-party partners.

Users may also play games available on the platform for entertainment purposes only. Games do not award FlixPoints or monetary rewards.

By accessing or using Flixpayz, you agree to these Terms of Use.

FlixPoints are virtual reward points with no cash value until successfully redeemed through an approved withdrawal request.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum digital age of consent in your country.
• Users under 18 should have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

4. Earning FlixPoints

Users may earn FlixPoints through:

• Completing offerwall activities.
• Other earning opportunities made available by Flixpayz.

FlixPoints are awarded only after successful verification by Flixpayz and/or third-party partners.

FlixPoints may not be awarded if:

• Tasks are incomplete.
• Advertisements are skipped or interrupted.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Survey responses are found to be invalid.
• Third-party providers reject the completion.
• Daily limits have been reached.

Flixpayz reserves the right to adjust earning rates, reward values, limits, and earning opportunities at any time without prior notice.

5. Games

Games available on Flixpayz are provided solely for entertainment purposes.

• Playing games does not earn FlixPoints.
• Game progress may not be permanently stored.
• Flixpayz is not responsible for game interruptions, lost progress, or technical issues.

6. Withdrawals & Payments

Users may redeem FlixPoints through supported payment methods.

• Additional international payment methods may be introduced in the future.

Withdrawal Rules

• Users may have only one pending withdrawal request at a time.
• New withdrawal requests cannot be submitted while a request remains pending.
• Users may submit a new withdrawal request after a previous request is marked Paid or Rejected.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed manually for security and fraud prevention.
• Payouts are typically processed within 1–7 business days.
• Processing times may vary due to payment provider delays, weekends, public holidays, account verification, or technical issues.
• Users are responsible for providing correct payment details.
• Incorrect payment details may result in delays, rejection, or inability to complete the payout.
• Flixpayz may charge a withdrawal processing fee depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be displayed before a withdrawal request is submitted.

Flixpayz reserves the right to review, delay, reject, or cancel withdrawal requests that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, involve suspicious activity, or fail verification checks.

7. Anti-Fraud Policy

To protect advertisers, survey providers, offerwall partners, and users, Flixpayz actively monitors platform activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, macros, automation tools, or artificial traffic.
• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or location-spoofing services.
• Submitting fake or misleading survey responses.
• Manipulating advertisements, surveys, or offerwall activities.
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or platform errors.
• Attempting to bypass platform limits or security systems.
• Engaging in any activity intended to gain rewards unfairly.

Violations may result in:

• Removal of FlixPoints.
• Cancellation of withdrawals.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.

8. Third-Party Services

Flixpayz works with third-party advertising networks, survey providers, offerwall providers, analytics services, and payment processors.

Completion approval and reward validation may depend on these providers.

Flixpayz is not responsible for:

• Offer availability.
• Survey qualification decisions.
• Tracking failures.
• Provider outages.
• Payment provider delays.
• Changes made by third-party partners.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Flixpayz may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• False information is provided.
• Platform abuse occurs.
• Legal requirements require account closure.
• The account poses a risk to platform security.

Termination may result in forfeiture of unredeemed FlixPoints and cancellation of pending withdrawals.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flixpayz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of the platform.
• Error-free operation.
• Uninterrupted earning opportunities.
• Availability of any specific advertisement, survey, or offer.

Flixpayz shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings.
• Lost FlixPoints due to fraud investigations.
• Third-party service failures.
• Technical outages.
• Tracking failures.
• Delayed or failed payments caused by payment providers.

11. Changes to Terms

Flixpayz may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of Flixpayz after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
