1. Introduction
Flixpayz is a digital rewards platform where users (“you”, “users”) can earn FlixPoints by watching video ads, completing surveys, and engaging with third-party offerwalls. Users may also enjoy playing games available on the platform — however, playing games does not reward FlixPoints.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- You must be 13 years or older, or meet the digital age of consent in your country.
- If under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.
- You must not use Flixpayz in violation of any local laws or regulations.
3. User Accounts
- You need to register for an account to access Flixpayz features.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- We may suspend or delete accounts involved in fraud, rule violations, or abuse of the platform.
4. Earning FlixPoints
You can earn FlixPoints by:
- Watching video ads completely without interruptions.
- Completing surveys or third-party offers as directed.
Important rules:
- FlixPoints will not be credited if:
- You skip, mute, or switch tabs during a video.
- You provide invalid or fake responses in surveys.
- You exceed the daily viewing cap (e.g., 100 ads/day).
- Playing games is for entertainment only and does not earn FlixPoints.
- Point values and earning limits may change at any time without prior notice.
5. Withdrawals & Payouts
- FlixPoints can be redeemed for cash via supported payment methods (e.g., PayPal, UPI).
- Minimum withdrawal limits may apply and vary by country.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 business days.
- Fraudulent activity will result in loss of points and account suspension.
6. Prohibited Activities
- You must not:
- Use automation tools, bots, or scripts to complete tasks.
- Use VPNs, proxies, or emulators to fake your location.
- Operate multiple accounts for personal advantage.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Flixpayz content without permission.
7. Account Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms.
- We detect suspicious or dishonest behavior.
- Your account is inactive for more than 90 consecutive days.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Flixpayz is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for:
- Any loss of points or rewards due to system issues or outages.
- Issues arising from third-party ads, surveys, offers, or payment partners.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. You will be notified by:
- Email, or
- A notice on your dashboard.
Your continued use of the platform after an update confirms your acceptance of the revised Terms.
